4-H is the youth development program of the land grant university’s Cooperative Extension System and the United States Department of Agriculture.
The SDSU Extension 4-H Youth Development program is delivered through a network of opportunities made available to youth in rural and urban settings. Youth have the opportunity to access learning opportunities by joining a 4-H club or by participating in non-club activities like school enrichment activities, after school activities, or 4-H sponsored camps and conferences.
