How many years have you been on youth council? 2 years

Why did you decide to join youth council?

I had held officer positions and leadership roles in other organizations and I wanted to take on the challenge of a new position.

What is something you are looking forward to with youth council this year?

Planning Teen Leadership Conference as a group of teenagers really is an amazing accomplishment and fun too.

What is your favorite 4-H project area? Why?

Showing Breeding Sheep. I have been showing sheep since I was four years old and it has taught me a lot about running a business, being responsible and has allowed me to make connections with many people in agriculture.

Why should 4-H members join youth council?

Youth council helps you come out of your comfort zone to voice your opinion and plan important events.
