This training helps employers and employees establish and improve customer relationships to grow your business and strengthen your organization. Participants learn to apply teamwork, consistency, and attitude to create a culture of service.

This 2-3 hour interactive workshop can be presented to separate organizations or as a community-wide event for multiple businesses. Participants will identify and develop strategies to implement. This workshop is applicable to businesses, organizations, and government agencies, from the CEO to the front-line employee.
