SDSU Extension in conjunction with USDA-FSIS is providing a learning opportunity for all who are interested in food safety and public health. The 2017 South Dakota Food Safety Summit will be held October 12 at the South Dakota State University Student Union. The goal of the summit is to educate, exchange information and open the lines of communication between the different segments of industry, public health officials and regulatory agencies.
Registration for $35 (lunch included) is open until October 2. For more information, contact Amanda Blair, SDSU Extension Meat Science Specialist.
