SDSU Extension and area partners will host the 18th Annual Precision Ag Conference in Huron, SD on February 15, 2017 at the Huron Event Center.
SDSU Extension will host Annie's Project in Mitchell. The program will be held in 6 sessions on February 16, 21 and 28, March 7, 14 and 21 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm each evening.
SDSU Extension will host a cow/calf winter workshop in January and February at two locations across the state to assist cow/calf producers survive the short-term economic situation without negatively impacting the long-term production and longevity of their operations.
SDSU Extension will host the Low Stress for Safety and Success cattle handling and facility evaluation workshop on February 24, 2017 at the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station Southeast Research Farm.
SDSU Extension will host a Better Choices, Better Health Lay Leader Training on March 1, 2, 8, and 9, 2017 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day at the SDSU Extension Mitchell Regional Center (1800 East Spruce Street, Mitchell, SD 57301). Registration is $250 and includes handouts, other supplies, and lunch/refreshments. The registration deadline is February 15, 2017.
