Better Choices, Better Health South Dakota will hold their second Annual Network Conference on October 4 & 5, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rapid City (815 East Mall Drive). This two-day event will offer information, resources, and tools on chronic disease self-management education with the goal of continuing the growth of Better Choices, Better Health in South Dakota.
The conference will begin on October 4 at 1:00 pm, and will conclude on October 5 at 2:30 pm. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Kate Lorig, founder of the chonic disease self-management education program at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
Join us for A Day In My Shoes Wellness Challenge that will lead up to the second Annual BCBH Network Conference.
