The South Dakota Department of Health and SDSU Extension are launching Better Choices, Better Health® SD (BCBH) starting at various locations across the state in an effort to teach South Dakotans with chronic health conditions ways to manage the impact of their disease on their life.
South Dakota 4-H and SDSU Extension will be hosting trainings across SD for youth participating in livestock projects.
SDSU Extension will host two four-part classes focused on financial risk management on May 22 - June 27 from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM MDT at two locations in western South Dakota.
SDSU Extension Master Gardener Training includes access to online training materials, resource manual, and hands-on classes. Hands-on classes will be held in three locations, over eight sessions. Each session begins at 8:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm local time.
SDSU Extension will be hosting a series of free cooking classes starting on June 15 at 11 AM CDT at the Sioux Falls Regional Center (2001 E. 8th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57103). This is a series of classes, so please try to attend all of them for the most beneficial experience!
SDSU Extension will host 3 sessions of 4-H Camp Bob Marshall (25007 Camp Bob Marshall Road, Custer, SD 57730) on June 16–19, 19–22 and 22–25 for youth ages 8 to 12.
