The South Dakota Department of Health and SDSU Extension are launching Better Choices, Better Health® SD (BCBH) starting at various locations across the state in an effort to teach South Dakotans with chronic health conditions ways to manage the impact of their disease on their life.

Better Choices, Better Health with Diabetes and SDSU Extension will be hosting an informational session on Feb. 7 at 2 PM CST at the Good Samaritan Crescent Villa (5501 W. 46th St. Sioux Falls).
SDSU Extension will host a Better Choices, Better Health Lay Leader Training on Feb. 12, 13, 19 and 20 at the SDSU Extension Aberdeen Regional Center (13 Second Ave. SE, Aberdeen, SD).
SDSU Extension will host a Better Choices, Better Health® diabetes self-management program (DSMP) lay leader cross-training on February 21, 2018 at the SDSU Extension Regional Center (13 Second Ave. SE, Aberdeen, SD).
SDSU Extension, in collaboration with the SDSU Wellness Center, will host a two-day Wellness Summit for South Dakota teens, April 5th - 6th, 2018 at the Days Inn, Brookings, SD.
