Heifer Development Webinar Series: Building Your Genetic Base

SDSU Extension will host the 3rd Annual Heifer Development Webinar Series: Building Your Genetic Base. The three part series will be held February 23, March 2, and March 9, 12:00 pm - 1:00pm (CST).

Participants can view the webinars from any location with internet access and will be able to have their questions answered by the presenters in real time. All sessions will be recorded and accessible after the live sessions. The sessions will focus on how to use EPD's for genetic selection decisions, discuss how genomic technology can be used to make faster genetic progress in cow/calf herds, and how these genetic decisions should be managed to match heifer development programs, as well as provide tools for commercial and seed stock producers. Cost is $15.

Online Registration

Online registration is required to participate in this event. Access for all three sessions costs $15.
