How many productive business days are lost because of stress and grief? Minimal annual effect for US businesses – over $300 billion annual price tag from accidents, absenteeism, employee turnover, diminished productivity, direct medical, legal and insurance costs, worker’s compensation awards and other factors. Attend this conference to:

  • Develop strategies to deal with stress and grief in your organization
  • Learn how to show “organizational compassion” and “gestures of  comfort” in your business to employees, co-workers and clients
  • Complete unresolved communications
  • Complete relationship to pain, isolation and loneliness caused by significant emotional loss or stress

There is always stress and grief somewhere in the room. Companies have to deal with it.

The session will be facilitated by Margie Neugebauer, MA, LPC, Certified Coach, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® and social entrepreneur.
