The South Dakota Department of Health and SDSU Extension are launching Better Choices, Better Health® SD (BCBH) starting at various locations across the state in an effort to teach South Dakotans with chronic health conditions ways to manage the impact of their disease on their life.
SDSU Extension is hosting a soil health workshop on Feb. 16 at 9 AM CST at the highland Conference Center (2000 Conference Way) on the MTI Campus in Mitchell, SD.
SDSU Extension will host Annie's Project in Mitchell. The program will be held in 6 sessions on February 16, 21 and 28, March 7, 14 and 21 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm each evening.
SDSU Extension will host the 3rd Annual Heifer Development Webinar Series: Building Your Genetic Base. The three part series will be held February 23, March 2, and March 9, 12:00 pm - 1:00pm (CST).
SDSU Extension will host a Better Choices, Better Health Lay Leader Training on March 1, 2, 8, and 9, 2017 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm each day at the SDSU Extension Mitchell Regional Center (1800 East Spruce Street, Mitchell, SD 57301). Registration is $250 and includes handouts, other supplies, and lunch/refreshments. The registration deadline is February 24, 2017.
